Order processing and handling

Shipping

  • Shipping is always free when ordering with ScytheFront! You can expect your order to arrive within 2 to 9 business days after it has shipped.
  • Tracking information will always be uploaded or sent to you via the messaging center as soon as our supplier ships your order.

ScytheFront offers 30 day returns/refunds on all items; buyer pays for return shipping. Please note that all return requests are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Furthermore, returns will only be accepted if the following conditions are satisfied:

  • The return is to be opened through . You must upload at least 1 image of the item for us to accept your return.
  • The return is received within 30 days after your order is delivered.
  • The returned item is still in a brand new, unopened condition. All manufacturer seals on the item must still be intact.
  • If the item or packaging has any physical damage (burnt, chipped, cracked, seals broken, etc) or if there are accessories missing, your return case will be voided and the item will be sent back to you.


All defective, dead on arrival (DOA) items will be inspected and tested by our returns department. Please make sure that your item is actually defective and that you have ruled out all possibilities of incompatibility before returning it. If you are unsure if your item is defective or not, please contact us first before opening a return case. If the item is tested to be in working condition, the return will be voided, you will be charged the restocking fee (to compensate us for spending time testing the item even though it's not defective) and the item will be returned to you.
