Seller said that they sent order and gave me tracking number. Item did not show up and seller said to me that it has taken up to 13 days for an order to arrive in the Continental USA.......come on. They did give me a refund though.

Once customers drop off a shipment to the shipper, we have no control over what happens to it or how long it takes for delivery. Yes apparently something happened with your shipment and I do not know what happened to it. I did send you photos of your finished order: addressed envelope, packing slips, photo of your customized label for reassurance your order was completed. You did indeed receive a full refund promptly. Sorry the USPS let us both down on this.
