KNOPPI-fying SuSE

Hi,

Anyone can tell me if it is possible to port Knoppix LiveCD building tools to SuSE? Will they require Overlay file system? I know about existence of SuSE LiveCD but Novell folk do not tell how to turn existing installation into LiveCD or LiveDVD.
