Knoppix adriane 6.0.1. - how to change country and language

In my former knoppix systems 3.8 , 4.02 , and 5.1 I could easily change the country US in Belgium and the language English into Dutch . It's very inmportant for me because the system now uses the qwerty system and Belgium works with the Azerty keyboard system.

I try to find in in the settings but I can not find the way to change country and language ?
Who can help me ?

On the internet I found that adding this command after the word boot : could help :
knoppix lang=fr keyboard=fr xkeyboard=fr
And indeed , I can use my azerty keyboard now.

Strange that nobody on the knoppix forum knew how to do this ???
