A Menu Editor for LXDE; really?

[utu]

I ran across this in the Mint forums:

LXMenuEditor:
http://opendesktop.org/content/show.php?content=138298

Is there any brave soul that wants to try this out and
see if it is useful?

I make no recommendations; it just looked interesting.

There is also an lxmed - LXDE Menu Editor. It's written in java, but works well in Knoppix.

FWIW

PCLinucOS has a menu editor in their LXDE version.
It's from a later version of LXDE than most distros have, I think.
Debian seems to be about a year behind all the latest in LXDE.
