Compatibilty List

I need a hardware compatibilty list. Mainly i think that Video, Sound and Network cards are important. Also the Chipset is what we really care about. I want to distribute some software on a remaster to some people and I want to include a list of supported hardware. Does this list exist somewhere? If not, we should create it, just submit the hardware you ahve tested/are using.
