changing the screen resolution to 1280 x 1024

Hit F2 when Knoppix comes to the boot screen. Look at the list of options.

Indeed, but now i'm having trouble combining the 1280x1024 resolution with the 60 hz freqeuncy, my 17 inch tft screen is telling me it is not set right.

i've tried the following commands :

knoppix screen=1280x1024 vrefresh=60
knoppix screen=1280x1024 knoppix vrefresh=60

is this a bug ???
