How do you set language to english by default when booting

Without hitting f2 everytime and typing in 'knoppix lang=en'

You would have to either use a boot configuration floppy or a configuration file burned onto the CD. Probably easier just to continue to type 'knoppix lang=us' (you don't need the f2) as long as you're running from the CD.

Get an English version :)
