How to copy a video of 705Mb in a Cd of 700mb

My movies in Mode2 don't run, and now i've a video of 705mb, and how can i do that for burning in a standard empty cd (700mb), editing, ...? how?

Should fit with a slight overburn. If you use cdrecord, use the -overburn parameter. If k3b, it's under Settings - Configure k3b - Writing - Advanced - Check "Allow overburning".
