xterm/rxvt/aterm transparent howto?

I'm quite new with this distro. I'm using knoppix 3.6 installed on my toshiba sattelite notebook. d question is how to configure xterm/rxvt/aterm to be transparent?

I read many thread on d net but i still can't figured out! :cry: can some one help me or guide me how to do tis?

aterm +sb -tr -tinttype true -tint darkgrey -fn no -bg black -fg white
