Many people make the mistakes of trying to either create a bootable CD in the CD burning program or they try to burn the ISO file as a single file to the CDR. If you follow my HOWTO http://www.knoppix.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=13867 then you do not need a boot.ing file. As far as I know, with any Knoppix remastering process the final result is an CD ISO image file which is bootable. You need to take the ISO file and burn that as an image to the CDR.
I hope this helps.

i dont want it for the burner
in the how to say mkisofs ... boot.img -o myknoppix.iso ...
and i dont want to use a script because i dont understand it and i have the cloop compresed file i only need is to put into a iso whit the boot files
thanks
According to http://www.knoppix.net/wiki/Knoppix_Remastering_Howto the boot.img mkisofs command is used only for Knoppix version less than or equal to version 3.3. So if you are remastering 3.6 you will need to use the other command that does not use a boot.img.
I hope this helps.
