hwsetup/ash-knoppix, are they open source ?

Hi,

Does anyone know if these programs are open source one and if yes, where can I get it ?

Have a look at http://www.knopper.net/knoppix/sources/

probono

thanks for the help, now it would be great if there is some debian package for them as well. :)

my gripe with that repository is that knoppix 3.2 has hwsetup 1.0-12 in it, the onle ones available are pretty old. Another reason why i personally prefer cvs for development ;)

I finally found hwsetup-1.0-14.
