Need to add software to my Live CD

Hi All

I have a question...

How do i add apps to my Knopix LiveCD distribution. I down loaded KNOPPIX_V3.6-2004-08-16-en.iso and i confirmed that i can burn a bootable CD from that iso. what i need to know is: How do i add other apps to the ISO.

The end goal is to have a bootable Linux DVD that i can drop in my QA machines which are windows. the reason i need this is so i can convert my windows based QA lab into a series of Linux boxes that can run our home grown load testing tool.

You've posted in the wrong forum, you need to ask in customising and remastering.
Look in the knoppix wiki for a remastering wiki. Knoppix 3.6 is very old, you'd be advised
to download 5.1.1 as the kernel in 3.6 will probably not work with SATA hard drives and controllers
