Start with /init, move on to /etc/inittab, follow that by practically all 138 scripts in /etc/init.d, which, between them, reference probably just about every other file you can find under /etc.Quote:

You might find what you seek by grubbing around in the files under /etc/xdg. Assuming you are running the LXDE desktop. You didn't say.
