monitor problem

Hello all

PLease friends help me
I am new to linux platform
I Got Knoopix LInux software's CDROM from a IT magazine
I have set my bios to boot from CDROM
While booting from cdrom it displays
as detecting all my hardware including
mouse,sound card,pentium processor
then finally its shows root@something
then says ismod i810 failed
and display goes out with led of monitor blinking continuosly

Please give me the solution in detail as i am totally new to it.

When you get to the startup screen where the boot: prompt is try knoppix vga=normal xmodule=i810 noddc and see if it will boot. You may also want to try just failsafe other cheat codes you may want to look at.
