Accumulated Applications in Kmenu: How to Delete?

whenever I open an application, the link is listed on top of the kmenu. How do I delete these links? There are five now.

In the Control Centre: Desktop -> Panels. Then the tab Menu. At the bottom is the Quickstart menu section. Set the number of entries to zero.
