can anyone tell me how can I move my files from one HDD Partition to another. If I do that, I get the message, that's a NTFS-Partition and it's to dangerous to write something on it.

yes, it is. NTFS is only partially supported by linux.
You may be interested in converting your NTFS partition to fat32 (linux vfat).
Fat32 is fully supported by linux.
