Legato SoftK56 Modem

Knoppix 3.1 doesn't find my Legato SoftK56 Data Fax Speakerphone PCI modem. Please let me know what I can do to solve this.

This is not a surprise, and it's a situation that's not likely to change anytime soon; this model of Winmodem probably uses a Conextant chipset, for which there are (to my knowledge) no Linux drivers. See
