Installation Problems

Hi, I have some problems after the installation.

After the installation at the herddisk, the software will not start up.
During the installation no error occours.
Lilo works also fine.

When I start the system with Linux the mashine will stop after the following
message:

Isofs_read_super: breadfiled, def = 03:02, iso_blk num = 16, block = 32
kernel panik : VFS : Unable to mount root fson 03:02

When I use the boot disk the system will start up without problems.

What can it be ? Where is my mistake ?
