Kanotix has this (xdelta files). But it doesn't work with the compression used by Knoppix (which is faster).

THANKS TO ALL WHO HAVE MADE KNOPPIX POSSIBLE ! I THINK YOU HAVE MORE THAN YOU THINK. IN FIVE YEARS OR LESS I SEE A SMALL BOX WITH KNOPPIX 10.0 AND A LOT OF FLASH MEMORY CHIPS. ALL ONE DOES IS PUSH THE ON BUTTON AND IT'S ALL THERE ON YOUR SCREEN. MUCH LIKE ATARI. KLIK IS PERFECTED AND THERE ARE LOTS APPLICATIONS TO GET AND USE. OH AND MICROSOFT IS BANKRUPT, BILL GATES IS FLIPPING BURGERS AND LINUX IS STILL MADDENINGLY F R E E ! :lol:
