In 3.4 Knoppix26, how to boot from floppy using 2.6?
When the CD-ROM will not boot Knoppix 3.4 using 2.6, how does one boot if the BIOS or the CD-ROM will not permit a CD-ROM boot but will permit a floppy boot?
The 3.4 error message using 2.6 is: "Direct booting from floppy is no longer supported. Please use a boot loader program instead."
What to do?

Go to http://btmgr.sourceforge.net
To create the boot floppy in Linux:
sbminst -d /dev/fd0
To create the boot floppy in Windoze:
sbminst -d 0
You may not hear the floppy drive do any work when you run these commands; don't worry about that. Have fun!
