Sources list. Stable or unstable??

the default sources list was always giving problems so i had changed all the sites in there to these and apt-get was working perfect untill i tried to to apt-get for gnome then i got an error saying i need to have stable sources.
I do not know which stable sources to add . Can i have both stable and unstable or not?
Can someone post his sources list here so i can have a look of the stable sources?
