after HD install problems every reboot

for some reason every time i reboot i have to reset my backround image cause it switches to default after a reboot.

why is this happening?

i have a nice pic as backround right now but if i reboot it will switch back to the default

You may need to switch off the restore session option in KDEs control center, don't remember well in what area of it is.
