When I'm trying to use apt-get to install and remove packages for my customized KNOPPIX, I get a bunch of errors like:

dpkg: serious warning: files list file for package `deborphan' missing, assuming package has no files currently installed.

It helps to re-install package 'deborphan', but this is annoying since this concerns hundreds of packages. Something wrong must have occured, when I made the harddisk install or ... ?

Any Ideas?
