The Knoopix 3.3 cd working fine with other computer but when i boot my computer in home it gives me error like this

init: segmantation..... 0x804ec92! hardrive sleeping for ....20 seconds

the "...." mean i dont remember in that part what it is...
this line keep repeating every few seconds and dose't load knoopix but when i place that cd on other computer those work fine, my cd drive lense is also clean and even cd, i am running
window xp professional
ntfs 120 gb hard drive
512 DDR 400 3200mhz
Prntium 4 3.4
all in wounder 128 mb

but i dont know what is really worng i thought there might be some issue if i dont have my harddrive on stand by or any mode which will shut off after few min...

please help me out
