How to update easly ?

I try to install kdelibs4 3.2.3 and it erase all kde ...

For example : kplayer, amarok ... must have this release

What command are you issuing? If it's just "apt-get install kde" try "apt-get -s -t unstable install kde" The -s option lets you simulate an install and see what will happen. Remove it to go ahead with the install. The -t unstable will probably help you upgrade without removing a bunch of stuff.
