No Boot From CD

My BIOS doesn´t have Boot from CD, I look the CD of Knoppix and O didn´t faund the boot.img or rawrite to do the floppy disk.

Does anybody have these files ?
Please I need it to do a floppy disk to make a boot floppy for Knoppix
