I don't know how your ip address configured, problem usually occured when people don't use standard ip address meant for private network.
Use standard ip address which start with : 192.168.x.x
Your nameserver :
nameserver 200.43.32.12
nameserver 200.43.32.13

then run in root konsole:
/etc/init.d/networking restart
ifconfig -a
