How about this in sources.list:
deb http://rigtorp.se/files/debian/ ./
deb-src http://rigtorp.se/files/debian/ ./

Then do:
dselect update
apt-get -s -t unstable install ndiswrapper
Remove the -s for simulation if it looks ok.
