x-window session terminated with errors

i keep getting this error, x-window session terminated with errors
usually it just hangs up but now its atleast telling me whats wrong.
i just got 3.4 and knoppix has always worked in the past.
is there something new in 3.4? if so can it be fixed or does anyone know where to get 3.3?

as soon as i posted this message, i did the test CD command and it booted fine. i dont know why but if all i have to do is test it before i boot every time, i can handle that. and suggestions though?

i am also using version 3.4
Could you explain how you fixed it? I'm new at linux and i don't know what that test cd command is

I figured out how to run the test cd command and it says that 1 of 58 files didn't match but that everything seems ok, but it still comes out at the end with the same error

Any suggestions??
