I'm confused as to what is happening. Has it come out yet? If not when will it becoming out?

It hasn't been 'officially' released, no. It is meant to be posted on the server after Cebit, therefore after the 19 of march.

However, someone has got hold of a cd at the exhibition and posted it on a peer-to-peer server.
Nothing to do with Knopper.

It might not even be the latest version that he intended to make widely available.

Therefore, my piece of advise it to wait an extra few days until the official version is out. It will also be easier to download as my understanding is that the download speed is pretty temperamental on the current system.
