I have posted a How To on remastering from a HD install. Anyone interested please have a look at it; feedback is a good thing. Also, somebody familiar with the wiki please have a look at the script at the end of the how to; there are two places where there should be square brackets in the script however the wiki reads square brackets as a link so I can't get th script to read properly. Instead of [text] it reads ?[text]. (Maybe that won't read as intended here, it's supposed to be underlined).
