Knoppix 3.4 -> 3.6 from CD?

Is it possible to upgrade all my current Knoppix 3.4 files off of the Knoppix 3.6 CD? With the new kernels, updates, and stuff?

And are there even any updates on the kernels, I'm not even sure if there is...

if there isn't I'd suppose I can just apt-get upgrade everything...
