JEDEC: found no ICH2 Rom device at location zero

This is a message that comes up when I boot into knoppix. I can get to it but was wondering what the message means. I cannot get my rom drives configured correctly and was thinking that this has something to do with it. Any ideas what this means?

It is a driver that you need to modconf yourself. modconf as root and find it in the list. Don't remember where but I found it and installed it. Just follow the questions and hit enter without any input.
