changing user knoppix

hi,
i am re-mastering knoppix and uptill now everything is fine expect for a single big thing.

I want to change the user knoppix to saurav when the CD boots in . Going thru the 45xession i found that most of the actions are done through the user knoppix , will changing this to user saurav will solve the problem.

also, how to make the autolgin feature directly boot to user saurav rather than user knoppix.

I have tried this question a number of times in IRC knoppix but unfortunately replied. it would be great, if some one from this forum replies or point something on it.

so many critical scripts depend upon the username to be knoppix, that it would be a nightmare for you to change them all! It is possible but very tedious and difficult.

i did tried changing the 45xsession, and iit seems that it's working fine as of now. could u list a few critical scripts that it depends on.
