Extract initrd part from knx-hdinstall

It looks like either 'mkinitrd' and 'make-kpkg -- initrd' cannot create working initrd images while knx-hdinstall can.

Yes,

the standard knoppix kernel does not support cramfs and also has an ash.static that conflicts with mkinitrd. So install yourself a debian kernel if you need to use debian-tools ...

The initrd-part of the script was written by me. (Fabian Franz, Fabianx is my nick) So I know it fairly well and so I also know that normal tools won't work.

Because of that I had written it in the first place.

To isolate it would be an idea, but a bit complex as the script-piece needs the framework of the knx-hdinstall.

But never the less! To actually have ext3/reiserfs/scsi support with initrd in knx-hdinstall is more than have to do it by hand )
