Did you check the md5sum and boot with the testcd cheatcode?
Hi,
the Knoppix 3.4 release August, 16th ist totally buggy, it doesn't let me start any program. I can not even open a console. An application symbol with sand clock appears shortly in the status line of KDE (15 seconds) and then nothing happens.
I've tested it at two computers. At my 2nd computer furthermore the KDE symbols disappear off the KDE desktop.
