hd spin down
Hy everybody,
i have a problem with powersaving for my hd. I set the hd spin down time with hdparm -S 2 /dev/hda. After that the HD spin down and stay in this mode for about 30 sec sometimes a little bit more and sometimes less than 30 sec.
I tried to find out wich job causes (start and stop some jobs) the spin up, but i didn't know how to find the Process which causes the spin up.
I have a normal HD installation with Knoppix 3.5.
can somebody help me?
