usb-storage
Hi,
Any idea why do I have to restart hotplug manager by /etc/init.d/hotplug restart to get my flash disk working every time I reboot?
After pluging the flash disk in my usbview doesn't recognize it and even dmesg doesn't report any hw change.
Any idea would be deeply appreciated.

Check if hotplug script link is available in /etc/rc5.d.
if not, then open root konsole and run: update-rc.d hotplug defaults
