hi folks,

after a long search i write to you all.
I wanted to install knoppix on my laptop.
the problem is, that the laptop only has a external cdrom
connected via lpt1 and this cdrom is not bootable.
Do I have any chance to install knoppix from w98 or an
old dos system from cdrom or hdd?
The only driver for the external cdrom is an old dos driver.
