Realtek cards

I runned Knoppix 3.2 just fine to one day, when it suddenly stopped detect my DHCP. Windows does it, but not knoppix. I switched to 3.6 but still, no internet and i got a realtek 8319 or what it is.. something, why doesnt it work, and im N O T good on knoppix so i just need som clear instructions to do things
