Hi,
my system is installed on hdd based on Knoppix 3.4, with many additions using synaptics.

I tried to use Xfig, but fonts in Drawings are not suitable for professional use. I assume this is not a problem with xfig, but with installation of the fonts. Xfig should use better fonts which I am sure are on my system. Even with Gimp 2.2, fonts are better (but I do not really want to use a bitmap software for drawing anyway...).

Is there any _simple_ way to improve the situation, for example make Xfig use ttf fonts?
