    Screen in standby while booting from live cd

    Hi

    Everytime I want to boot from the Knoppix Live Cd, everything goes well but when he loads the graphical interface (after the screen with the two pinguins in the upper left-hand corner ) my screen goes into standby.

    Anyone a suggestion??

    My screen is a 19" tft Proview screen if that's relevant...

    Plz help because I've got an exam on Linux friday...

    Try with cheatcode: vga=normal
