A query around plug ins...................

example, i go into Hallmark website to send an e-card but the animated version i want to view won't run, browser (firefox) tells me that a plug in is required, although does not say which one one or makes any attempt to search for it.

Sorry to point this out here but in XP, with the same browser on the same website it all runs fine.

All advise appreciated.
