How can I set my IP address permanently w/o the use of Knoppix's built-in network card configurator? I don't seem to find any ifcfg-eth0 or something similar while I'm on 2.4.27 kernel.
The scripts under /etc/sysconfig only seem to show up after a first-use of the netconfigurator.
Any help would be appreciated.
