Simple Question...

hi im using Knoppix version 3.3 on a CD and when i start my computer i goto the main screen and i type: knoppix desktop=kne
then it displays: vmlinuz.....
following with: Boot Failed: please change disks and press a key to continue.
now i'm guessing it's probably very simple... so i hope an answer thx

Curropted disk probably.

boot with "knoppix testcd" to check if the CD is OK, and/or even better, verify the MD5 checksums that are present on the mirrors before writing the CD.
