howto make only one file to boot ?

Hi !
The question is not very easy to explain !
I would like to make one file from the two bootable floppies.
The reason is that i am currently making a cd-tools. And i would like to put onto this cd a file.img to boot on usb.
So : no more floppy

Is there any way to do this ?

so, the only way i found is to copy few files of the knoppix cdrom and configure correctly the both isolinux.cfg and bootmsg.txt of my cd tools.
Thus no need of any floppy to boot on usb
