I'd like to notify Klaus about this bug and this might be the easiest way.. anyway nxclient says it cannot use xauth. Looks like with nxclient, the path is hard coded. So, to run nxclient one needs to mkdir /usr/X11R6/bin and cp /usr/bin/auth /usr/X11R6/bin

Anyway, it works after that. I'm using that kind of setup now from Tokyo to Switzerland.
