tohd works fromhd wont work

if i run knoopix tohd=/dev/hda1 (reiserfs) boots fin whit myconfig on hda1

then on next boot trying fromhd=/dev/hda1 i get this bluddy shell
or noshell

have someone the same pb?

You may be having problems because the tohd & the config are on the same partition. Knoppix locks the partition which has the PMI install on it.

no is not the pb think it isn't a knoppix pb sems to be in diskdrive bios somewher if i boot whith grub get a kybord loop (caps lock >scroll lock) and kernelpanic can not creat vfs

but fine it works tohd so on startup needs 4 minits it's ok.
