ne - nice text editor

Instead of JOE, jed, or some other console editor not to many people use how about including ne ( nice editor ) in the next release?

- it is SMALL
- it is in the debian repositories
- it is FRIENDLY. It has cua keybindings by default, and a dos style
drop down menu if your press f1
- it can be customized
